Return Eligibility

• ✦ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• ✦ Sale items, stitched garments, and customised orders are non-returnable.
• ✦ Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• ✦ Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• ✦ You may exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
• ✦ To initiate an exchange, fill out our Exchange Form.
• ✦ Shipping charges for exchange delivery are borne by the customer.

Refund Process

• ✦ Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• ✦ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• ✦ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@virago86studio.com with your order number.
2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back to the provided address.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
