How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired item, choose size if applicable, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for domestic orders within Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer stitching services?
Yes, stitching is available on select unstitched collections. Please refer to our Size Guide & Stitching Policy page for details.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Please fill out our Exchange Form and our team will guide you through the process.
